The Popular Show Season Four Reveals the Soldiers Table

Ever since the premiere of Campaign 4, recently appointed game master Brennan Mulligan has maintained audience suspense with deep backstory, a diverse cast of characters, and a gripping narrative featuring angels, demons, and malevolent powers expanding in strength within the city.

Note: Spoilers for the latest installment of this adventure follow below.

The Warrior Group Unveiled

The latest chapter ended with a major cliffhanger and revealed the initial group of characters who will branch out from the main group to undertake their independent quest, apart from the additional parties.

This warrior group includes the determined fighter (played by the voice actor), Thimble (the talented performer), the strong-willed figure (Whitney Moore), Wicander Halovar (Sam Riegel), and Kattigan (the actor).

The Reason for Division

With an extensive roster, it was clear from the beginning that having everyone at one table would be impossible.

Hence, the opening chapters of the new season serve as an Prelude, weaving together the personal journeys before splitting into three separate parties: Soldiers, Strategists, and Questers.

What Defines the Warrior Group

As described by Brennan Lee Mulligan, the combat-focused party is for adventurers who prefer a traditionally charged battle-oriented narrative style where diplomatic options are few and far between.

Upon first impression, figures such as the hesitant healer Wicander Halovar might look unsuited, but the actions of the latest installment demonstrate why these specific adventurers are perfectly fit for the warrior group.

Motivations for Departure

For one thing, the group understands precisely where to proceed after a violent opening clash with The Crow Keepers.

Casimir of the deceased character—whose death started the campaign’s events—used the foes for his selfish purposes, breaking into the secret base, striking the rogue, and taking all the powerful objects to auction.

Casimir then settled his debts and escaped to a Halovar stronghouse in Gormalay, Timmony, beyond Dol-Makjar, with Cyd pursuing him.

Personal Motivations

Additionally, each character has a specific drive to exit Dol-Makjar:

  • The agile hero, as Thjazi’s partner and trusted friend, seeks retribution.
  • The knowledgeable figure knows the region and warns that it is a nasty environment.
  • Tyranny and Wicander, having disobeyed his family’s wishes to kill the target and instead rescued him, have no safe haven.
  • Yet, their position as important members in the powerful family could help the team access areas they normally couldn’t.
  • Furthermore, The fighter vowed a unbreakable promise to The savior for his salvation and will now go with him everywhere.

Wanted and Hunted

Lastly, all of them are hunted by the powers that control the city for a variety of reasons, making staying in the city no longer safe:

  • The rogue and Kattigan are known criminals.
  • The strong figure and The cleric betrayed the influential house and the army of fiends they are partnered with.
  • Teor is marked for death by the clan.

This leaves them no alternative but to head to the northern region in quest for the traitor.

Upcoming Developments

From the latest episode’s Cooldown, we find out that the Soldiers table won’t be around in the upcoming installment, leaving the rest of the participants to form the Explorers and Strategists groups.

Audiences can expect finding out which players will be where in Campaign 4’s final introductory chapter, available to watch on next week.
